Nella fase di discovery il nostro team di User Experience research ha un ruolo fondamentale nello studio e nella definizione delle esigenze degli utenti. Grazie alle attività di UX research validiamo, in base alle evidenze, il requisito UX su cui poi lavorerà il team di User Experience design.

Ux Design

Il nostro team di UX design analizza i requisiti individuati dal team di UX research con la finalità di progettare delle interfacce centrate sulle "reali esigenze" dell'utente. Il design team, attraverso un processo di progettazione iterativa e con la realizzazione di wireframe e prototipi interattivi, si occupa di dare forma alla User Experience finale del servizio o del prodotto digitale attraverso numerosi quality check con stakeholder e utenti reali.

Accessibilità

L'Accessibilità (a11y) garantisce che i prodotti digitali possano essere usati da persone con diverse abilità e necessità. Integrare l'accessibilità direttamente nel Design System è fondamentale per garantire che tutti i componenti e le esperienze siano fruibili da tutti gli utenti fin dalla fase di progettazione.

AI Design

L’intelligenza artificiale entra nel processo di design come motore di accelerazione e validazione. Permette di esplorare rapidamente più soluzioni progettuali, generando insight e alternative basate sui dati.
